We offer great picture quality or your money back. Unlike some companies, we always use a spectrum analyzer for signal measurements.

Q. Do you have a code of practice?
A. Yes, we abide by the CAI code in full, this is the highest in the land.

Q. Will there be any extra costs involved?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  A. Q. Do you have proper insurance?
A. Yes, we carry twice the legal requirement - £2 million public liability.

Q. Can my aerial go in the loft?
A. Yes, but we usually advise outside, as this will give better pictures and does not cost any more
to do.

Q. Are you going to get my house dirty?
A. No, we go to great lengths to keep your house clean, even to the extent of always taking our shoes off before entering your home.

Q. A standard aerial to one room should take no longer than 2 hours.

Q. Will the work look unsightly?                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      A. No, we go through great lengths to hide cables and dishes etc.
